Let Him Lead Retreats: A Day of Retreat and Resetting for Christian Women in Leadership

Thursday, October 15, 2026 | Kinship Landing | Colorado Springs

Step Away to Hear from God and Step Into Your Next Season with Clarity and Peace

In the hustle of leadership — whether you're running a business, leading a team, building a ministry, or serving your community — it's easy to rely on your own strength, striving for results while your soul quietly runs dry.

Let Him Lead Retreat offers you a sacred pause: a full day to breathe, reset, and invite God back into the center of your life and your leadership.

If Jesus set the passions and the mission on your heart in the first place, wouldn't it be wise to let Him keep leading?

Sam H.

“Dani created the safest, most Spirit-filled space— one that invited me to slow down, go inward, and hear from God in a way I hadn’t in a long time.

What This Retreat Actually Is

Let Him Lead isn't a conference. It isn't a networking mixer. And it isn't a passive "sit and listen" event either. It's a guided rhythm of teaching, solitude, and group discussion — built around two encounters:

  • Personal Encounter with the Lord (morning): Teaching and quiet, guided solitude focused on your heart, your walk with God, and what He's saying to you right now — apart from your title or to-do list.

  • Leadership Encounter with the Lord (afternoon): Teaching and solitude focused specifically on your work — your business, your team, your ministry, or your decisions — inviting God into the parts of life we so often try to lead on our own.

After each teaching session, you'll have time in

  • Guided personal solitude to actually sit with what you heard,

  • Small table group discussion to process it with other women — not performative small talk, real conversation

Every detail, from the venue to the meal to the resources you take home, is designed to make it easy to actually rest and hear from God for a full day — not just talk about wanting to.

Feeling the Weight of Leadership?

You're the one others look to for answers, direction, and stability. You carry the vision, make the decisions, and hold it all together — even when you're running on empty.

And while you're leading well on the outside, inside, you're:

  • Spiritually depleted and disconnected from the One who called you

  • Exhausted from constantly striving and feeling like it's never enough

  • Longing for clarity, but the noise of daily life drowns out God's voice

  • Wondering if you're building with God — or just for yourself

You were never meant to carry this alone.

Meet Your Facilitators

Dani Crews

Founder, Live Wholly. Walk Boldly.

Dani is passionate about helping people live out their faith in Jesus in every area of life. She believes following Christ isn't reserved for church or quiet time—it's meant to shape the way we lead, work, serve, love, and show up every day.

With a background in Business Administration and experience teaching and mentoring women through The Table and other discipleship communities, she understands both the practical realities of leadership and the deeper work of spiritual formation. Her heart is to help people see that faith isn't something we compartmentalize—it's meant to shape how we make decisions, lead others, steward what we've been given, and love the people around us.

Dani’s greatest hope is that every person leaves not simply inspired, but equipped to follow Jesus more faithfully wherever He has called them.

Mikelle Mosier

Sabbatical Coaching Group

Mikelle walks alongside leaders as they enter intentional seasons of rest, renewal, and reorientation. She helps pastors and nonprofit leaders slow down, pay attention to what their life and leadership are saying, and return to their work with greater clarity and sustainability.

Drawing from her experience with the Working Genius framework and team development, Mikelle has a gift for creating safe, honest spaces where leaders can name their strengths, reduce frustration, and design sabbatical rhythms that fit how they are wired.

Her coaching is practical and grounded, focused on helping leaders build patterns of health that last well beyond their time away. Outside of coaching, Mikelle invests deeply in relationships and loves creating space for meaningful conversations that bring fresh perspective and hope.

Transformative Impact

Is This For You?

This retreat is for Christian women in leadership—entrepreneurs, business owners, ministry workers, public servants—who want to do life and leadership God's way… but need the space and support to figure out how.

You don’t have to carry the burden alone. You don’t have to strive for clarity or chase success in your own strength.

You just need to step away, sit with the Lord, and let Him lead.

Sam H.

“Attending the Let Him Lead retreat came at the most divinely aligned time. I walked in feeling heavy with transition, unsure of what I needed, but desperate for God’s presence and clarity. Dani created the safest, most Spirit-filled space— one that invited me to slow down, go inward, and hear from God in a way I hadn’t in a long time.

She doesn’t just lead with wisdom, she leads with presence. The depth, the intentionality, the permission she gives women to rest and dream again, it’s rare. I left this retreat lighter, more aligned, and anchored in truth. Not because I found all the answers, but because it helped usher me back to the One who holds them.

If you’re in a season of transition, visioning, or even uncertainty, this retreat will meet you right where you are. Dani is the kind of leader who reminds you who you are and whose you are.”
