Live Wholly. Walk Boldly. is a Colorado-based Christian nonprofit organization exempt from federal income tax under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. Our ministry is operated through our website at danicrews.com and is led by Dani Crews. We offer devotional resources, digital courses, faith-based events and retreats, speaking engagements, and community gatherings for women seeking to deepen their faith.

For purposes of this Privacy Policy, “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Live Wholly. Walk Boldly. References to “you” or “your” refer to any visitor to or user of our website.

2. Scope of This Policy

This Privacy Policy applies to all personal information collected through danicrews.com, including information collected in connection with:

  • Purchases of digital devotionals, courses, or other products

  • Event registrations (Let Him Lead retreats, The Table gatherings, Known & Needed events)

  • Donations made through our online donation portal

  • Email newsletter or communication subscriptions

  • Contact forms or other inquiries

This Policy does not apply to third-party websites linked from our site, including Amazon product listings for our published devotionals. Please review the privacy policies of those sites independently.

  • Payment card information (processed securely through Squarespace Payments; we do not store full card numbers)

  • Business name or affiliation (where provided in connection with The Table or other entrepreneurial programming)

When you visit our website, we and our service providers may automatically collect certain technical information, including:

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors interact with our website. Google Analytics collects information such as pages viewed, time on site, and general geographic location through cookies and similar technologies. This data is aggregated and does not personally identify you. You may opt out of Google Analytics tracking by installing the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on, available at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. Amazon

Our devotionals and other resources may be available for purchase through Amazon. Purchases made on Amazon are governed by Amazon’s privacy policy and terms of service. We receive limited information about sales through Amazon’s author and seller reporting tools.

7. Children’s Privacy

Our website is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. While our ministry content may be appropriate for teenagers and young adults, we do not specifically target users under 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete such information promptly.

8. Email Communications and CAN-SPAM Compliance

If you subscribe to our email list or provide your email address in connection with a purchase or registration, you may receive email communications from us including ministry updates, devotional content, event announcements, and promotional information about our products and services.

In accordance with the CAN-SPAM Act:

  • Every marketing email we send will include a clear and conspicuous unsubscribe link.

  • We will honor opt-out requests promptly, within 10 business days.

  • Our emails will identify us clearly as the sender.

  • We will not use deceptive subject lines or sender information.

9. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including to comply with legal, accounting, and reporting obligations. Donation records and transaction records are typically retained for a minimum of seven (7) years in accordance with nonprofit accounting best practices and IRS requirements. You may request deletion of your personal information subject to our legal obligations to retain certain records.

We take reasonable and appropriate measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Payment card information is processed through Squarespace’s secure payment infrastructure and is not stored on our servers. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Your Rights (Colorado Residents)

If you are a Colorado resident and the Colorado Privacy Act applies to our processing of your data, you may have the following rights:

  • Right to know: You may request confirmation of whether we process your personal data and access to that data.

  • Right to correction: You may request correction of inaccurate personal data we hold about you.

  • Right to deletion: You may request deletion of personal data we hold about you, subject to certain exceptions.

  • Right to portability: You may request a copy of your personal data in a portable format.

  • Right to opt out: You may opt out of the processing of your personal data for purposes of targeted advertising or the sale of personal data. We do not sell personal data or use it for targeted advertising.

To exercise any of these rights, please contact us as described in Section 12. We will respond to verifiable requests within 45 days, as required by the Colorado Privacy Act. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
