1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located at danicrews.com (the “Site”) and all products, services, content, events, and digital resources offered through the Site by Live Wholly. Walk Boldly., a Colorado nonprofit corporation exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using our Site, making a purchase, registering for an event, or subscribing to our communications, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or services.

2. Ministry Mission and Religious Character

Live Wholly. Walk Boldly. is a Christian nonprofit organization. Our website, content, products, events, and communications are rooted in and reflect the Christian faith. By using our Site and participating in our offerings, you acknowledge the religious nature of our ministry. Nothing in these Terms waives or limits our rights as a religious organization under applicable law.

3. Products and Digital Content

3.1 Devotionals and Digital Resources

We offer digital devotionals, workbooks, and other faith-based resources for purchase through our Site. Upon purchase and payment confirmation, you will receive access to or delivery of your digital content as described in your order confirmation.

3.2 Digital Courses

We offer digital courses, including courses on evangelism and discipleship. Access to digital courses is provided following payment confirmation. Course access terms, including duration of access, will be specified at the time of purchase.

3.3 Amazon Products

Some of our resources are available for purchase through Amazon. Purchases made through Amazon are subject to Amazon’s terms and conditions. We are not responsible for Amazon’s policies or fulfillment.

4. Events and In-Person Programming

We host a variety of faith-based events, including:

  • Let Him Lead — women’s leadership retreats

  • The Table — monthly faith-based gatherings for women entrepreneurs

  • Known & Needed — quarterly women’s events

  • Speaking engagements, workshops, fundraisers, and MomCo group appearances

4.1 Registrations and Tickets

Event registrations are subject to availability. By registering for an event, you agree to comply with any event-specific rules, schedules, and codes of conduct communicated at registration.

4.2 Refund Policy for Events

Refund policies are event-specific and will be stated at the time of registration. Unless otherwise stated, registrations are non-refundable but may be transferred to another attendee with advance notice to us. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule events due to circumstances beyond our control, including low enrollment, illness, or acts of God. In the event of cancellation by us, registered attendees will receive a full refund or credit toward a future event.

5. Donations

Live Wholly. Walk Boldly. is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt nonprofit organization. Donations made through our online donation portal at danicrews.com/donate may be tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. We will provide a donation acknowledgment for gifts of $250 or more, as required by the IRS.

Donations are voluntary and non-refundable except in cases of unauthorized or erroneous charges. Donations are processed through Squarespace’s payment infrastructure. We are not responsible for technical errors in third-party payment processing.

Nothing in these Terms creates any obligation by us to use donated funds in any particular manner, except as restricted by the donor in writing and accepted by us.

6. Payment Terms

All purchases and donations are processed in U.S. dollars. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. Payment is due at the time of purchase or registration unless otherwise stated.

Payment processing is handled by Squarespace Payments. We do not store your full payment card information. For questions about charges, please contact us using the information in Section 14.

7. No Refund Policy for Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of digital devotionals, workbooks, and digital courses are final and non-refundable once access has been granted or the download link delivered, except where required by law or in cases of technical failure preventing access. If you experience a technical issue accessing your digital purchase, please contact us within 7 days of purchase.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our Site, including but not limited to written content, devotionals, course materials, videos, photographs, graphics, logos, and the Live Wholly. Walk Boldly. name and brand, are the property of Live Wholly. Walk Boldly. or are used by us with permission, and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws.

You may access and use our freely available Site content for your personal, non-commercial, faith-based use. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, sell, modify, or create derivative works of our content without our prior written permission.

Purchasing a digital product grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use that product for your own private spiritual growth and discipleship. You may not share, resell, redistribute, or publicly teach from purchased digital content without our written consent.

9. User Conduct

By using our Site, you agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its systems

  • Transmit spam, malware, or other harmful content

  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation

  • Engage in conduct that is harassing, defamatory, or abusive toward our community or staff

  • Reproduce or distribute our copyrighted content without permission

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites, including Amazon, Squarespace, Google, and other ministry organizations. These links are provided for your convenience. We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of third-party sites. 11. Disclaimer of Warranties

OUR SITE, CONTENT, PRODUCTS, AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

Our content, including devotional and ministry content, is provided for spiritual encouragement and educational purposes. Nothing on our Site constitutes professional counseling, psychological, medical, financial, or legal advice.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, LIVE WHOLLY. WALK BOLDLY., ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND VOLUNTEERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE OUR SITE, PRODUCTS, OR SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our Site shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. The above limitations may not apply to you to the extent prohibited by Colorado or other applicable law.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of our Site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Colorado, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Before initiating any legal action, you agree to contact us and provide a written description of the dispute. We will attempt in good faith to resolve disputes informally within 30 days of receiving written notice.
